This is a pressure vacuum breaker assembly. In 1997 the Ames Company was purchased by the Watts Regulator Company. Ames began to market the Watts 800M4 series as the Ames A200. It was discontinued in 2013. This is a bronze bodied unit. The check seat is replaceable. The test cocks are both located on the ball valves not the assembly body.
