This is a reduced pressure principle assembly. Production began in 2022. The body and cover are made from low lead brass. All sizes come with a union end connection to attach the body to the ball valve shut off. There is a single access cover on the top. Once the cover bolts are loosened, there will be slight spring tension from the relief valve spring. The relief valve stem is located below the access cover and can be removed from the top. The checks are an in-line modular design. The checks are held in by a retainer and can be removed by sliding the check out of the body and removing it from the top of the body. The check springs are contained when removing the check assembly from the body.
